At Streetshirts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any quality issues or sizing concerns. Our goal is to make the exchange process as seamless as possible so you can get back to wearing your favorite designs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5 business days.
